Week one Juicing update:
So far So good…well except for today. I aim to juice a fruit juice and a veggie juice each day.
I’ve noticed that when I grab an afternoon fruit juice my energy level drastically improves.
I’ve dropped 2lbs and my skin is clearing up too.
Awesome eh!

Today Has been a lazy-do-nothin day and I have only made one so I thought I would try another new recipe.
2 Kiwis
2 oranges
1 Papaya
1 carrot
{ The most noticeable flavor is the Kiwi and you don’t notice the other ingredients}
I even convinced Niffy nuni to give the juicer a whirl.
Now if only I could convince her to drink the juice….
