It’s time for holiday baking & these 25 Yummy Christmas Cookies are a great place to start.  25

     It’s that time of year!! Everyone is getting ready to bust out those mixers and cooking sheets and get baking.I don’t know about you, but the holiday seasons brings out a new passion and love for baking.   The smells of apple, berry & pumpkin pies during the fall season compete with the molasses, ginger and peppermint scents during the winter. Seems everyone is making cookies & so I’m sure you will be wanting to update your current recipe box. I know that I always like to make the family favourites & then also try some new recipes from friends too. I have found some INCREDIBLE recipes.  They all look so good I may just abandon all our family favourites & replace them altogether.

    I tend to look for good Christmas cookie recipes after the holidays. I find it is less stressful for me and I find gems like this post. You gave me a bunch to wade through and I will let you know how it goes. I like to bake Xmas cookies any time of year. I am a Christmas a holic 😉

    Each one of those looks better than the last! I am not a big cookie maker for Christmas. That was not the tradition I grew up with. I do make sugar cookies for Santa but that’s it! I am tempted by some of these recipes though!

    There are actually quite a few types of cookies here that I have never heard of! I am excited to get some new recipes and try them out. It is really nice to see a change of pace from the basic recipes done every way possible, but taste the same.

      Gina, I am kicking myself for not having a batch of your Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies to nibble on right now!
      We are going to be giving those out to close friends and family this holiday season so we can spoil them too!
