Santa worthy Christmas cookies!

12/10/15 | Celebrate, Christmas, Desserts, Eat

15 Santa approved Christmas Cookies

When I think of edible gifts at Christmas time, the first thing I think of is cookies.   I can’t remember a Christmas, even as a child, that didn’t include making and giving out cookies.  I am happy that my daughters are growing up with that tradition as well.   My oldest started helping with the Christmas baking when she was three years old…

Today we have gathered 15 of our favourite Christmas cookies and we just can’t wait to show you! This is the perfect way to help get you in the holiday mood.  These delicious holiday sweets are perfect to give- and to get. I think you’ll find something here for everyone!

There are so many great options for cookies in this post. Our family loves the snowball cookies (we call them Russian Tea Cakes.) But, I saw a few like the smores cookies I’d enjoy trying in my house this holiday season.

Oh my goodness all of these cookies look amazing. I am kind of a cookie purist and like simple ones. There is something about the crunch of a sugar cookie straight out of the oven that just screams Christmas to me. Would love to have the talent and patience to put them in a tree design like in your photo.
